As an Electrical Engineer at Iv-Bouw, every day will be different. You will work on many multidisciplinary projects in which you will work together with a team on often complex issues. Your work will include installation concepts within a building, feasibility studies or specific energy advice studies. We do this, for example, for data centres, distribution centres, commercial real estate, leisure and education.

As an engineer/modeller, you will work closely with a project leader and engineers from other disciplines on a specific project. We challenge you to get the most out of your discipline and encourage you to keep up to date with new technologies and changing laws and regulations. Our clients can rightfully expect that a design created by a renowned engineering company like Iv will always comply with the latest insights.

Within Iv-Bouw, we have people with a wealth of knowledge of installation technology and architecture: an ideal combination! This enables us to approach projects integrally. We lead the way in 3D design and BIM, with which we flawlessly coordinate building-related installations with the other involved disciplines. This way, contractors can get to work immediately following the design phase! Among other prominent projects, Iv-Bouw has worked on the large-scale transformation of the Baumannkerk in Rotterdam and Lidl's new, self-sufficient distribution centre in Almere!

We are looking for someone with at least six years of relevant work experience and a passion for installation technology. Your professional and intellectual ability reflects a higher vocational level (HBO). Not only will you be working on the most complex projects, but you must also be prepared to think broadly about possible innovations. You are naturally curious about possibilities and improvements in processes and working methods. You will be in contact with the client and various stakeholders and know precisely how to enthuse people. If your talents include being analytical, conceptual and communicative, then you are the one we are looking for to fill this position!
