As a Project Manager/Spatial Planning Consultant, you will perform the role of both project manager and consultant in a wide range of spatial projects. This is a position in which you will bridge the various phases in spatial processes and disciplines. You will connect the clients' requirements (project goals) and the project's various technical functionaries. You will also provide advice in spatial planning, such as the adaption of zoning plans, exploratory investigations for planning and EIA studies and impact studies. You will begin with the client's query and consider how you can best provide an answer. After successfully scoring the assignment, you will be the project manager who takes care of the project's integral approach and serve as the client's primary contact.

You must have a relevant higher vocational/university level degree (HBO/WO) in, for example, Town & Country Planning or Social Geography, supplemented with at least five years of work experience in spatial development. The knowledge you gained from this experience has provided insight into relevant spatial policy. Knowledge of spatial administrative law and the applicable standards is an advantage. You must have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are enterprising and customer oriented.
