In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable project reports for a number of Iv-Groep divisions, ranging from construction to maritime. In total, this will involve several hundred projects with a maximum value of around €5 million. You will assist (and also press) project managers, department heads and management in managing projects in terms of planning, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reporting and other (financial) elements related to projects and business forecasts. You will monitor the cash flow of all projects and provide support for Navision and/or Dynamics to the project managers as we are currently transitioning from Navision to Microsoft Dynamics. In consultation with the management and the Business Controller, you will determine the financial processing of the projects in our accounts on a monthly basis.

You must have a higher vocational degree in an economic field with approximately three years of relevant work experience, such as the financial management of (international) projects. You must have an affinity with financial systems and internal control, excellent command of Dutch and English, and can set priorities appropriately. Accuracy, timeliness and completeness are the core competencies of this position. In addition, Excel holds no secrets for you. Knowledge of PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is advantageous. However, your enthusiasm and drive are equally important to us.
