Manage complex projects and contribute to the development of the company

The design of a new submarine, a radical FPSO conversion or a complex system integration: as a Lead Naval Architect at Nevesbu, you will work on the most technically complex projects. These are projects that not even the smartest engineers can simply just solve. Together with customers, you will convert their requirements into specifications for the end-product with a corresponding budget. You will lead a team of Naval Architects, coordinate the technical content of projects, maintain contacts with suppliers and are the central coordinator with all other disciplines. With the freedom you will receive to contribute to the growth and development of the company, you will sometimes be able to determine what your next project will be.

What do we expect from you?

You must have at least 7 years of work experience and specialist knowledge of concept and basic design. You love diversity in projects, so as far as you are concerned, it doesn’t matter if you are working on a submarine, a floating offshore unit or a special vessel. You can organise your share of large, complex projects and possess the ability to oversee the whole. We also consider your soft skills to be of great importance. You know exactly how to achieve the customer's true requirements, can perform tactful compromises and bring out the best in your team. We also expect that you continuously keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments and will actively help us, as a company, to participate herein.
