As a Junior Work Planner, you can be sure you will be working on the most challenging and leading projects at Iv-Infra. The projects are never monotonous and vary from station projects and upper building renovations to the maintenance of civil engineering works and new construction of rail-related structures such as tunnels, bridges and viaducts. An example is the Bleizo traffic junction where the motorway, trains, RandstadRail, cars and bicycles all come together. In addition, you will ensure the work is prepared. What does this entail? It may include performing recordings, drafting implementation designs, and preparing contracts and cost estimates. Consultation and the ability to think in line with the contractor are essential. You will also be responsible for the content and quality and be actively involved in contact with the client.

The Rail department of Iv-Infra works daily on smart solutions to expand sustainable transport. We focus on four key elements: embankment construction & rail work, stations, rail civil engineering works and environmental works. Together we will examine how we can ideally fulfil your function. For example, do you like to work from a fixed location, or do you prefer to work on construction sites? Designing, inspecting, calculating or supervising implementation? We are looking for a graduate Civil or Mechanical Engineer. You must have good communication skills (both spoken and written), be accurate, proactive, analytical and have an excellent understanding of Dutch.
