The HR department at Iv-Groep is responsible for all personnel matters and personnel data management for the employees of the seven divisions that comprise Iv-Groep. This totals around 900 employees, for whom you, in close cooperation with the rest of the HR team, will be the point of contact for matters such as sickness absenteeism, employment terms and conditions, etc. Your responsibilities will include the correct and timely processing of all administrative tasks relating to existing and new employees. Furthermore, you will support the HR consultants and participate in HR projects. In addition, we will challenge you to use your knowledge and skills to optimise HR processes and activities. If you have a secondary vocational education (mbo) in HRM and at least three years of relevant work experience, you could be the person we are looking for. You must be a people person and have an excellent command of Dutch and preferably English, both written and spoken. Internal customer focus and working with accuracy are core competencies in this position. Applying your knowledge of HR-related topics independently and as part of a team is an essential skill in this role. In addition to Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of specialist software such as AFAS, SharePoint, and Navision is advantageous. This position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week.
