The HR department at Iv-Groep is responsible for all personnel matters and personnel data management for the employees of the seven divisions that comprise Iv-Groep. This totals around 800 employees, for whom you, in close cooperation with the rest of the HR team and the divisional managers, will advise and be the point of contact for matters such as sickness absenteeism, and employment terms and conditions, etc. You will also work on your own projects, and we'll challenge you to use your knowledge to optimise HR processes and activities and to apply developments within your field to our organisation. If you have a higher professional/university level degree (HBO/WO) in the field of HRM and at least seven years of relevant work experience, you could be the person we are looking for. You must be a people person and have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Internal customer focus and persuasiveness are core competencies in this position. You are capable of putting your knowledge of employment law and other HR-related issues into practice, both independently and as part of a team. In addition to Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of specialist software such as AFAS, SharePoint, and Navision is advantageous.
