We are looking for an Application Administrator Microsoft 365 to strengthen the Application Management team of our ICT department. We are an all-in IT service provider for all divisions within Iv-Groep. Together, these divisions comprise approximately 1000 employees. The ICT department manages Iv-Groep's hardware, software and cloud activities. The team consists of 25 people involved in and divided over the service desk, system management, workspace management and application management. Our ICT department is located at Iv-Groep's head office in Papendrecht.

As an Application Administrator of Microsoft 365, you will provide support in using the products offered within the Microsoft 365 Suite. More than 1000 employees within our organisation use these products, apps and services. You will be responsible for training, helping and guiding (end) users to increase adoption of the Microsoft 365 platform. In addition, you will be in close contact with key user groups, configure Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint environments and resolve malfunctions. Examining the current environment critically, proposing improvements and communicating the results to suppliers are all things you can get involved in within your function.
