Are you ready for a new contract?

Our world of infrastructure is changing rapidly, and the ever-increasing challenges in sustainability, liveability and affordability require creative solutions and new forms of collaboration between the government and businesses. As a (Senior) Risk and Contract Management Consultant, your role is centrally positioned in this field. Your tasks will include making an inventory of requirements, preferences and risks, providing advice on (innovative) contract forms, and supervising tenders and current contracts for the design, realisation and maintenance of infrastructure.

Your knowledge of tendering, contracting and (system-oriented) contract management enable you to deliver tailor-made advice and fulfil your role as a (senior) consultant for both the client and the contractor. In addition, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and support the younger consultants in the team through coaching.

Iv-Infra provides tailor-made and innovative designs and advice for constructing and maintaining sustainable infrastructure. You may already be familiar with our involvement in the new IJMuiden sea lockthe Zandhazen Bridge or the design of the Panama Canal lock gates. By developing and applying the latest technologies, we offer ready-made and sustainable solutions for not only today's societal challenges but also those of tomorrow! We provide integral advice for steel and concrete civil engineering works, hydraulic engineering, spatial planning, upkeep, traffic and infrastructure installations and railways. We also offer specialist services in spatial measurement and monitoring structures, RAMS and risk management, asset management, systems engineering, contract management, project management, and supervision.

What do we expect of you?

You must have at least five years of relevant knowledge of and experience with multidisciplinary integrated contracts based on UAV-GC and/or construction teams in the civil engineering sector. Your experience includes drafting both integrated contracts and tender documents. In addition, you possess knowledge of current legislation and regulations in tendering and preferably have experience with risk management of projects (according to the RISMAN method). We consider your enthusiasm for the profession equally important as your technical knowledge and experience. You will receive much freedom in your work, and you know better than any other how to utilise it. To be unproductive is not an option for you.
