You will design the most complex wastewater treatment plants

Would you like to design complex technical installations and prepare calculations for prestigious projects? As an Electrical Engineer, you will design installations from the Program of Requirements (POR) to draft specifications for a wide range of projects that focus on integral, sustainable solutions in the field of water treatment. These projects focus on the optimisation or new construction of water treatment plants for wastewater, drinking water and pumping stations. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates and specifications, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, and developing creative solutions to technical issues. You will be given the freedom to work with all the other specialists to achieve a perfect integral design. These projects are usually conducted on behalf of water boards, drinking water companies and industrial clients.

When it comes to water, two (conflicting) aspects can be identified: one is that we need water for drinking, for industry, the agricultural sector, transport and recreational purposes. The other is that water also poses a threat in relation to flooding and rising sea levels. Because water quality, water transport, safety and water management often go hand in hand, solutions must be sought across that entire bandwidth. Iv-Water provides integral and innovative advice for projects of all sizes and complexity in water installations and hydraulic engineering. Sustainability is paramount. For example, Iv-Water has developed the CO2 tool! This tool calculates the CO2 reduction in water treatment processes. Would you also like to work on sustainable solutions in water quality? Iv-Water has some of the most challenging projects ready and waiting for you!
