From extensive infrastructure projects such as the widening of the A9 motorway, the Oosterweel Link, and the replacement task for the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) to complex dike improvements and challenging municipal issues, as a (Junior) Project Management Consultant at Iv-Infra, you will work on unique integral projects for a variety of clients. No day is the same! You will coordinate and manage these projects in terms of time, money, quality, scope and/or risk management. Your tasks include keeping track of the progress, which provides valuable support for the project manager and team. You will use your knowledge and expertise in Systems Engineering (SE) to make projects manageable. You are an essential link between the involved technical disciplines and our clients. You will keep an overview of the project and know precisely how to optimally coordinate processes to ensure delivery in accordance with the schedule and requirements.

For this position, we require a higher vocational/university level degree (HBO/WO) in, for example, Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration or Construction Management and Engineering (CME). You do not have to be a hardcore engineer to perform this function well, but an affinity for Civil Engineering and construction processes is essential. You will operate at the interface of technology and process. Therefore, it is crucial that you can keep an overview, switch quickly, have good communication and strong analytical skills and work systematically. Furthermore, you must have a strong sense of responsibility, affinity with software, and be a real team player to ensure the work is actioned from a common interest and the best result can be achieved for our client. It is, therefore, a varied position in which you have the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility, develop your talents and play a central role in a project.
