Better insight into technical solutions by using a 3D model

In the current process used for processing cocoa, a relatively large amount of the qualitive product is discarded during the breaking of the cocoa beans. Iv-Industrie researched how the process steps could be optimised to ensure that less of the qualitive product is discarded and better distribution of the production equipment could be achieved. Several variants have been developed in a 3D model, whereby quotations and technical data were requested from suppliers. This is how the investment costs were calculated with, a focus on eliminating technical and operational hindrances.
